YEAH!!! Finished my front fence

I have finished my front fence !!!!  its amazing what 20 hours of painting can do ! LOL

here are the before and after photos. I planned to have it finished by 5th Jan, but I am done it early..... what to do with all my spare time ... maybe some stamping  :-)

My Garden - first Iris !!

Last weekend I noticed my first Iris was out !! very exciting! I planted about 25 plants last November... lots more flowers to open in the next few weeks....

New Trees!!

I have been busy in my garden again, planted a lime & lemon tree, now I need some rain!!!

Its going to look great when I finish painting the fence behind them.....

A quick card

One of my girlfriends asked me to make a card for someone I didn't know, the girl likes music, gardening, her name started with P and she likes pastel colours..... this is what I made !

Another project finished !!

Yesterday, I had a few friends help me finish a new fence in my backyard !
I had most of the boards painted ready to be used, so after a few hours of work, it was completed !

My latest project

I have just finished a 50th birthday book for my sister, I have used one of the new Kaisercraft wooden books, I have add pages in between the wooden ones with lots of photos, from her baby photos, first day at school, wedding etc to now ! and family photos, of course .... she loved it !

We visited 3 shops and have lunch ! it was great fun being driven around my Evelyn husband, John !!
I also got spoilt with some lovely gifts.

Walk in the sunshine !!!

Yesterday, was the first day of my holidays !! YEAH!! I have got a whole 5 weeks off !!! so... I went for a walk, 45 min walk around Shag Bay, took 3 hrs !! found a few more tracks to follow around Bedlam Wall.. great fun !

This is the birthday canvas I made for Vanessa Henry..... I am really pleased with it! first time I have done a canvas this big! it was fun to do for her.

Too hot in Tassie for my cats !!!

Today is the second day in a row of temperatures in the mid 30's, my poor cats are not coping well today ! Bluebeard is laying on his beds in front of the fan, but Millie decided to go and lay in her post, with one foot out !!! Days like today I wish I could unzip their fur coats !!!
